Private Photo Move

“Private Photo Move” (the App) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

Effective Date: January 05, 2026

1. Data Collection and Usage

Zero Data Collection: No images, files, metadata, or personally identifiable information are collected, stored, or uploaded.
On-Device Processing: Image recognition and organization run locally on Mac using Apple Neural Engine, with no cloud transmission.

2. Permissions

File and folder access is used only to read selected source folders and move/copy files to destination folders as instructed.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage Only: No backend servers are maintained, and all results stay on local disk.
Path Integrity: Relative path structure is preserved during organization and held in local volatile memory, then cleared after app exit.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Since no data is collected, no sharing, selling, or disclosure to third parties occurs.
