Pure Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a local-first intelligent music tag organizer. We take your privacy seriously and commit that the App does not collect, store, upload, or share any of your personal music file data.

1. Overview

The App is positioned as a strictly offline local music tag organizer, with privacy centered on local processing and zero user-data collection.

2. Data Collection and Use

The App is a strictly offline, local utility tool.
No Personal Data Collected: No account registration required, and no name, email, location, or device ID is collected.
No Music File Uploads: All audio files, analysis results, and tag data remain on your local drive. We do not operate servers.
No Trackers: The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs or user behavior analytics trackers.

3. Local AI Models

Tag analysis uses local AI models bundled in the App. The analysis process runs offline, entirely on-device.
AI models are used only for audio feature extraction and tag inference. Your music content or metadata is never uploaded to any server.

4. System Permissions

File Access is used only to read explicitly selected audio files and write updated metadata. The App does not scan your entire hard drive.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers Free/Pro plans. Pro upgrades are completed through platform app stores (Mac App Store / Microsoft Store).
Purchase credential verification is done locally on the device or through platform store APIs, without collecting additional user information.

6. Data Security

Since processing is fully local with no network transmission, data security primarily depends on your own device security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and you are advised to review this page periodically. Because the App is offline and does not collect user data, changes generally do not affect your privacy rights.
